Dr. Marc Adelsheimer, CEO

Dr. Adelsheimer is a native of Pittsburgh who has dedicated his career to the non-operative treatment of musculoskeletal pain disorders.  He graduated cum laude from Duke University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in 1987.  He received his Medical Doctorate from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1991.  He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Tufts University in 1995, serving as Chief Resident.  He holds board certification in  both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Pain Medicine.

Dr. Adelsheimer specializes in the treatment of non-operative pain disorders.  He has performed over 20,000 fluoroscopically guided spinal procedures which include epidural injections, facet and sacroiliac joint injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency neurotomy, discography, and spinal cord stimulation.  He also specializes in regenerative medicine, performing procedures including prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and stem cell therapy for orthopedic conditions.  Dr. Adelsheimer incorporates these procedures into an overall rehabilitation plan designed to decrease pain and improve quality of life.
