RAPS Medical Fitness emphasizes a proactive approach to health and wellness. We offer a unique combination of targetted functional exercise and lifestyle nutrition (No Fad Diets Here!) to support any health or fitness goal. Our program is designed to get results for weight loss, functional strengthening, athletic performance, and more!

Results-Based Fitness Coaching

Our fitness program is designed to help become stronger, leaner, and increase your metabolism all while helping shed unwanted body fat. Our workouts are customized to each individual’s needs. That way you can be sure that every workout is completely personalized. The exercises given are put together in a way that gets you the results you are looking for!

We currently offer both 1 on 1 and small group (4 person max) coaching, as well as a mobile option. 

Medical-Based Testing

Determining the appropriate calorie intake for you can be a complicated guessing game. Our metabolic test can determine just how fast or slow your metabolism is running. This test gives you an exact number of calories that you need to be eating to reach your goals. Our BioScore analysis determines how healthy you actually are by looking at things like your metabolic rate and body fat percentage. This serves as a great benchmark and gives health measurements to strive for beyond just the number on the scale.

Lifestyle Nutritional Guidance and Support
Controlling your diet can make the biggest impact on your health and weight, but can often be the hardest to manage. Traditional dieting can be restrictive and boring! We have the resources to show you how to eat healthy on a consistent basis and change the way you look at dieting for the better!

Anthony joined RAPS in 2016 at the onset of the Medical Fitness program. He holds a Masters in Sport and Exercise Science from Gannon University, and is dedicated to helping others reach their wellness goals!
